Training in India

Well I have been able to get a lot of miles here in India. My day usually starts out on the treadmill. The 2 hotels we stayed at had great treadmills that went to 15% grade. I set the speed at 2mph at 15% and walk until I have to go to breakfast. I have been able to get in 45min to an hour everyday so far.

Then our tour has taken us all over the cities. We have walked a lot, climbed up many stairs and seen many sites.
